Two models of physical activity monitoring systems are offered:Actical:A tri-axial accelerometer based device records physical activity and caloric expenditure. Worn on the wrist, ankle or waist, it is non intrusive and will record activity data for up to 44 days. Actiheart:Based on similar technology as Actical, it also records mean heart rate every 15 seconds. The unit is worn on the chest and can record up to 11 days of data.
