| NE-500 OEM Application Syringe Pump |
| Specially designed for the OEM market, the
high precision NE-500 allows for easy system integration and
control via RS-232 COM port. The NE-500 can network up to
100 pumps for infusion or withdrawal. Stand alone operation is
achieved by pre-programming the pump with a dispensing program to
operate from a attached foot switch, button, or I/O controller.
With the addition of a starter kit the NE-500 can run as a fully
functional, stand alone pump similar to the NE-1000 |

Size:
Although a maximum of a 60 cc
syringe is specified, the pump can hold up to a 140 cc syringe but can
only open up to about 120 cc lengthwise |

HIGH PRESSURE NOTES:
The NE-500 produces about 15 lbs of
linear force at top speed and about 35 lbs at slow speeds. 10 ml/hr is an
example of slow speed. The pressure that can be generated is relative to the
syringe size. On a 60 ml syringe, this would roughtly produce about 30 psi
The high pressure version, NE-510, will approximately double the pumping force
at the same speeds.

NE-501 OEM
Syringe Pump with Stall Detection |
|
The NE-501 includes an optical encoder on the NE-500
that will detect and stop the the motor during a stall. Typically used in
high pressure applications where there is a risk of exceeding the maximum
force specified. Without the optical encoder, the pump will continue to
cog the event of a stall. |
